What exactly is a connected minute?

Billing starts the moment the call is answered, however briefly it lasts — a one-second answer is a connected call. A call that rings out, is busy, or is rejected costs you nothing. The pulse is one minute today. We say this plainly up front because it is the definition most likely to be queried on an invoice later.

How does WhatsApp billing work?

We count conversations, not messages. One conversation is one customer on one day — if they send thirty messages in an afternoon, that is still a single conversation, and nobody has to count messages. Meta's own charge for that conversation is passed through to you at actuals. You can place your own card on the account if you would rather verify that than take our word for it. We take no margin on it.

Are there any per-seat or per-agent fees?

Accepted Answer

No. A team of ten and a team of one pay identically for identical usage. You are billed on connected minutes and conversations handled — never on how many people are logged in.

Is there a minimum, a contract, or a monthly commitment?

Accepted Answer

Not on metered. You hold a credit balance on account and draw it down at the published rates; nobody commits to a volume in either direction. Credits are valid for twelve months from the date of deposit, and deposits are non-refundable. A bundled monthly package is a separate choice you make deliberately, not a floor that kicks in.

How do I see what I have spent?

You get a credit-balance update every day, and every call, its disposition and its recording are visible to you for any lead that qualified. You audit the quality yourself rather than trusting us to report on ourselves. When the balance runs low we tell you around fifteen days before it runs out — watching it is our job, not yours.

Can I buy a monthly package instead of paying per minute?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your volumes are predictable we quote one all-inclusive monthly figure covering a dedicated number, bundled connected minutes and WhatsApp conversations, logins and API integrations. Overage is charged at the same metered rate rather than a penalty rate, and on annual plans unused minutes roll over up to one bundle.

Do you charge setup fees?

No setup fee on metered. Bundled and outcome-based engagements are scoped before they start. Anything outside the flows agreed at the outset — an integration into a system with no API, for instance — is quoted separately rather than absorbed silently and billed later.

Question 8

Can I move between metered, bundled and outcome-based?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and you can run more than one at once — a metered campaign and a bundled one can sit on the same account. Rates are set per campaign, so moving is a change to that campaign rather than a migration of your account.
